1. Client Access Link: This link provides you with exclusive features, such as downloading high-resolution images, hiding specific photos, and accessing additional customization options.

2. Guest Access Link: Share this link with your friends and family, allowing them to view and enjoy your wedding photos without the ability to download or modify the gallery.

Gallery Structure

‍

To make navigating your gallery a seamless experience, I've organised your photos into several sections:

‍

- Slideshow: A captivating slideshow showcasing the highlights of your day.

- Highlights: A curated selection of the best images for those who want a quick overview.

- Full Gallery: The complete collection of images, divided into the following sections:

  - Getting Ready

  - Ceremony

  - Portraits

  - Reception

  - Party

  - Black and White

You can easily jump to a specific section by hovering over the "Gallery" menu and selecting your desired section.

AI Search

‍

Pic-Time's AI Search feature allows you to quickly find your favourite moments. Upon opening your gallery, you'll see the "Find Your Favourite Moments" section with familiar faces. Click on a face or the "Search Now" button to access the AI Search feature.

- Face Search: Click on a face to display all images featuring that person.

- Keyword Search: Use the search bar to enter keywords (e.g., "flowers") and find relevant images.

Downloading Photos

‍

As a client, you have several options for downloading your wedding photos:

‍

1. Download Full Gallery: Click the download icon (arrow pointing down) in the menu and select "Download Full Gallery - High-Res" to download the entire collection of high-resolution images. This option allows you to save the images to your computer, Dropbox, or Google Photos.

‍

2. Multiple Selection: Use the download icon and choose "Multiple Selection" to select specific images or sections you want to download.

‍

3. Favourites: Hover over an image and click the heart icon to mark it as a favourite. Then, download only your favourite images from the "Favourites" collection.

‍

4. Individual Images: Hover over an image and click the download icon to download that specific photo.

‍

Please note that guests can only download web-size (lower resolution) images. If you prefer to disable this feature for guests, let me know, and I'll adjust the gallery settings accordingly.

One of my favourite parts of a Pic-Time gallery is the shop feature. Simply click on the "Shop" menu, and you'll be shown all your lovely images that can be purchased with a wide variety of printed options. From fine-art prints, matted framed prints, canvas to gallery boards, there is something for everyone. I've selected UK print labs for most of the products to reduce postage costs for orders. If you're based in another country and would like local labs, just get in touch, and I'll change the settings to suit your location.

Ordering Printed Products

‍

Ordering printed products couldn't be easier. You have two options:

‍

1. Quick Ordering: Hover over an image and click on the buy symbol at the bottom, which will bring up a pop-up with available products for quick ordering, such as prints, frames, and boards.

‍

2. Full Shop Experience: Click on the "Shop" menu to access the entire shop with every product displayed, including example images in product photographs.

‍

Once you've selected your desired product, you'll be able to choose the sizing and options. Each product type has various sizing options, and for framed prints, there are colour options for the frames. You can also change the print size and orientation. Once all options are selected, you'll see an example of the product below, and you can easily change the image using the carousel of your gallery. If you've marked some images as favourites, click on the "Favourites" section above the carousel to order prints from that selection. To order, click "Add to Cart" on the right or "Save for Later" if you want to return and finish at a different time.

Conveniently located at the top of your gallery, this lovingly crafted slideshow will hopefully make you cry (in a good way).

You have access to the gallery and slideshow for 5 years from the date of your photograph delivery. I'll email you around 2 weeks before this date to provide information about my gallery and slideshow subscription, which is handled through the gallery at a yearly cost of £39.99. This subscription ensures that your gallery and slideshow stay online and provides a safe and secure backup of all your images beyond the initial 5-year period.
